即將到來的2015年對世界和中國來說，都是具有重要標志性意義的年份。國際社會將共同紀念世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年，也將共同制定2015年后發(fā)展議程;中國人民將隆重紀念抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年，并繼續(xù)推進全面深化改革和全面依法治國進程。和平與發(fā)展將成為世界聚焦的兩大議題，也將是中國外交的兩大任務。

In the new year, we will, under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade XiJinping as General Secretary ａｎｄ　the guidance of the Central Conference on Work Relating to Foreign Affairs, actively practice a distinctive diplomatic approach befitting China’s role as amajｏｒcountry to provide strong support fｏｒrealizing the Chinese dream of national renewalａｎｄ　make new contribution to peace ａｎｄ　development of the world.

新的一年，我們將在以習近平同志為總書記的黨中央領(lǐng)導下，以中央外事工作會議精神為指引，積極踐行中國特色大國外交理念，為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢提供有力保障，為維護世界和平發(fā)展事業(yè)作出新的貢獻。

We will explore a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation at its core. Wewill seek further progress in building a new model of major-country relationship with the United States, maintain the high quality of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination, deepen China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership of mutual benefit through building a partnership fｏｒpeace, growth, reform ａｎｄ　progress of civilization, ａｎｄ　strengthen strategic ａｎｄ　practical cooperation with major emerging countries including India, Brazil ａｎｄ　South Africa. We will continue to follow the principles of amity, sincerity,mutual benefit ａｎｄ　inclusiveness in conducting neighborhood diplomacy ａｎｄ　build a community of shared interests and common destiny with our neighbors.

我們將探索構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關(guān)系。繼續(xù)推進中美新型大國關(guān)系建設(shè)，保持中俄全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的高水平運行，以構(gòu)建和平、增長、改革、文明四大伙伴深化中歐互利共贏的全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，同時加強同印度、巴西、南非等新興大國的戰(zhàn)略務實合作。進一步弘揚親誠惠容的周邊外交理念，推進同周邊國家的利益共同體和命運共同體建設(shè)。

We will uphold justice ａｎｄ　pursue shared interests. Justice ａｎｄ　interests should be made compatible. We will give priority to justice ａｎｄ　refrain from seeking interests at the expense of justice. We will work hard to strengthen unity ａｎｄ　cooperation with other developing countries, uphold the legitimate rights ａｎｄ　interests of developing countries ａｎｄ　promote the common development of China ａｎｄ　other developing countries.

我們將堅持貫徹正確義利觀。努力做到義利并舉，以義為先，弘義融利，不斷加強同發(fā)展中國家團結(jié)合作，維護發(fā)展中國家正當權(quán)益，致力于促進中國與廣大發(fā)展中國家的共同振興。

We will continue to advance the building of the Silk Road Economic Belt ａｎｄ　the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road through consultation, joint development ａｎｄ　sharing. We will kick-start the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, make good use of the Silk Road Fund, enhan ceinfrastructural connectivity, accelerate FTA negotiations ａｎｄ　work to ensure that variousbilateral ａｎｄ　regional cooperation arrangements in the Asia-Pacific are inclusive ａｎｄ　mutually reinforcing.

我們將本著共商、共建、共享原則，繼續(xù)推進“一帶一路”建設(shè)。啟動亞投行，用好絲路基金，加強互聯(lián)互通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，加快自貿(mào)區(qū)談判進程，致力于亞太各種雙邊和區(qū)域合作安排的相互包容與相互促進。

We will firmly uphold world peace and development. We will work with the international community to safeguard international justice ａｎｄ　post-WWII ｏｒｃｅｒａｎｄ　oppose words ａｎｄ　deeds that intend to turn back the wheel of history. We will work fｏｒa post-2015 development agenda that serves the interests of all countries, especially developing countriesto make new contribution to the development ａｎｄ　progress of mankind.

我們將堅定維護世界和平與發(fā)展。同國際社會一道，捍衛(wèi)國際正義和戰(zhàn)后秩序，反對任何開歷史倒車的言行。我們將推動制定符合世界各國共同利益，尤其是照顧到廣大發(fā)展中國家利益的2015年后發(fā)展議程，為人類整體發(fā)展與進步作出新的貢獻。
